Violations, irregularities, or incidents of gross negligence must not be tolerated; rather, they should be promptly investigated and resolved.

Prevention

By utilizing a whistleblower system, we encourage employees and customers to report issues or provide information at an early stage. 

Detection

We identify compliance violations through our whistleblower system and other reporting channels. Trained colleagues investigate findings through a fair and professional process.

Response

We respond to violations in this area with case-specific measures and consequences in order to eliminate risks at an early stage and prevent misconduct.

Contact us

If there are indications of possible misconduct or violations of our Code of Conduct or laws, these can be reported to our compliance contact. For these reports, we have a trained expert who confidentially manages the whistleblower portal and accepts reports from employees, business partners, suppliers, or service providers, either by name or anonymously.

Careful handling and resolution of cases within the legal framework is a matter of course for us. The ZH Group also treats whistleblowers who report potential or actual violations fairly—unless the reports were intentionally made in an abusive manner to defame individuals or situations. Upon receipt of a report (incident), the responsible party will respond within 7 days.
